• You reach out to us (Contact us, Email or Call) with your project proposal
  • The material and expected outcome are anlysed:
    • if not feasible to get the outcome, you are contacted and the project is terminated.
    • if feasible, the proposal is processed further
  • We evaluate if similar project (material, outcome, etc) has been performed:
    • if yes, you are reached back to confirm the quotation. (Whether you provide the material or we do.)
    • if no, feasibility trials are conducted
  • Prototypes are verified by the customer:
    • If the prototype does pass the criteria of the expected outcome, the project is terminated
    • if the prototype was passed, you confirm the quotation
  • Design of the engraving/marking project
    • text, logos, QR-codes, serial number, etc
    • photos, sketches
    • are checked with the customer
  • Product(s) are prepared and get ready for shipment
  • The customer confirms the payment
  • Products are delivered
